WELCOME!
In many Ugandan communities today, childhood is still being stolen from countless girls, not by chance, but by the persistent reality of early and forced marriage. Behind closed doors and quiet traditions, young girls are pulled out of school, separated from their dreams, and thrust into roles they are neither ready for nor deserving of. Their laughter fades into silence, replaced by fear, isolation, and the heavy weight of responsibilities far beyond their years.
The pain is not just in what they endure, but in what they lose education, safety, choice, and the simple right to grow up. Too often, their stories go unheard, hidden beneath layers of cultural expectation and economic hardship. Yet within these stories lies an urgent call to action.
This reality demands more than sympathy; it calls for purpose. It calls for a commitment to protect childhood, to restore opportunity, and to ensure that no girl is forced to trade her future for survival.
